•The bed :The bed adopts a cast integral bed. Factory casting.The internal ribs have a reasonable layout and high rigidity.The guide rail adopts intermediate frequency quenching and grinding technology, and the anti-crawling guide plate technology is adopted at the sliding guide surface. The dynamic characteristics such as friction damping coefficient are in the best state to avoid the occurrence of low-speed crawling.Natural aging, effectively maintains rigidity and avoids deformation during use.

Manufacturing Processs
Casting——Electric furnace/spectrum analyzer/normal furnace/shot blasting machine/sand-cleaning machine/casting natural aging
Casting making: Electric furnace resin sand casting, spectrum analyzer to test the casting elements, uniform casting without loose, trachoma, long life and not easily deformed! Normalizing - Natural aging - Vibration aging - High-frequency quenching.
Precision Machining——Horizontal boring and milling machining center/Taiwan MICROCUT/CMM/boring and milling machine/guideway precision grinding machine/processing workshop picture.
Casting processing: Three cases were processed using imported MICROCUT machine center (5.4 million). Other small parts were completed by machining centers and CNC lathes, some of the detection are using three coordinate.
Assembly ——Headstock Assembly Drawing / Manual Scratch Drawing / Manual Assembly Drawing / Electrical Assembly Drawing / System Assembly Drawing.
Lathe assembly: 26 processes are completed in an orderly manner. Each process inspection is strictly execute as ISO9001 quality system certification 6S management.
Precision Inspection——Spectrometer/CMM/Rail Hardness Detection/Laser Interferometer.
Lathe Inspection: Laser Interferometer (Renishaw, UK).
Application:
The application fields of Pipe Thread Lathe machine are the Processing and repairs of drill pipe, drill collar, joint, kelly bar and sleeve of Oil sector, Metallurgic Industry, Geological Prospecting, Chemical Industry & Hydropower.
Advantage:
We use electric furnace smelting, resin sand molding casting technology,avoid sand holes, stoma casting internal defect effectively, all the accessories are assayed by imported spectrum analyzer, it assures the quality of the casting . The casting had been through second thermal aging treatment with good stability.
The bed of floor type is the whole structure. The rigidity and width of guide way on the bed of lathe is good enough. The guide way is through high-frequency quenching, the slide guide way joint SD compound soft belt. to make more wear-resisting and lower friction factor. The lead screw is the whole structure (not butt). The saddle is wider and thicker than before, the machine is running more stable. And the cutting ability is better.
The 3 boxes of lathe were processed by Taiwan’s CNC boring and milling machine center. The other tools are processed by CNC lathe and machine center to ensure the precision of the box and tools.
First step of the accuracy test of the equipment is testing the repeat accuracy of X and Y axis with Renishaw laser interometer imported from Britain. After that, inspecting and accepting the whole equipment based on the enterprise standards, guarantee the accuracy of the machine tool.
