Application:
Conventional Universal Engine Turning Lathe Machine are suitable for kinds of turning, such as internal and external cylindrical surface turning, cutting of various metric, whit worth, module and diametrical pitch threads as well as taper turning, facing, drilling and broaching for oil grooves and keyways etc. The work piece produced on the machine can achieve the working accuracy of grade IT6-7 and surface roughness Ra 1.6um.
Gap-bed lathes are especially suitable for flat and odd work piece.
Owing to increase the bore of spindle the lathes are more convenient to machining shaft parts and suitable for kinds of mechanical working shops.

1. Machine tool head box and bed, tailstock, Supporting plate, etc. the combination of surface between manual scraping, machine to undergo a rigorous inspection, effectively ensure the machine tool accuracy and stability.
