Brief Introduction
1). high strength resin sand castings, aging treated, inside with mesh stiffeners, to ensure good stability
2). X/Y axis adopts heavy duty roller linear guideways, together with mandatory automatic lubrication system, to ensure small friction & the stability of accuracy
3). Z axis adopts rectangular-hard-rail-sliding-structure, plastic paste treated, double nitrogen-balance-cylinders are used to balance Z-axis movement, to ensure the stability of accuracy
4). Z axis movement is with braking function, can automatic clamping spindle box in case of power failure
5). 3-axis large pitch ball screws, pre-drawing treated, to ensure good rigidity & good accuracy & high speed
6). direct connection structure between servo motors and ball screws, to ensure positioning
accuracy
7). Taiwan brand spindle unit, P4 spindle bearings, with automatic tool clamping system, high speed & high rigidity & good accuracy
8). double electronic lubrication pump design, with protection and alarm functions in case of low pressure & oil shortage
9). telescopic-stainless-protection-cover on X guideway, telescopic-organ-protective-cover on Y guideway, splash guard surround machine body, to ensure operator's safety & inside cleanness of machine
